Yes. Shopiesy includes a POS screen for counter billing with product search, barcode support, customer selection, discounts, multiple payment modes and returns. POS orders appear alongside online orders.
Yes — that is the point of the platform. Online orders and POS orders share the same product catalogue, stock, customer records and reporting, so you are not reconciling two systems.
Yes. Shopiesy handles stock levels, product variations, low-stock notifications, purchases from suppliers, and damage entries. On multi-outlet plans, stock is tracked per outlet.
Yes, on the Scale plan and above. You can add outlets, assign staff with their own roles and permissions, track inventory per outlet and set a pickup location per outlet for shipping.
For India, Shopiesy supports Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe and Paytm. International gateways include Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, SSLCommerz, 2Checkout, Skrill, Telr, PayFast, Iyzico, Midtrans, MercadoPago and SenangPay. Cash on Delivery and store credit are also available. You connect your own gateway account.
Yes. Shopiesy integrates with Shiprocket for courier assignment, AWB generation, pickup scheduling, shipping labels and automatic status updates via webhooks. You can also configure your own flat-rate, product-wise or area-wise shipping charges.
